Real Talk: A Process Group for Anxiety, Relationships & Life’s Daily Struggles
Life is messy. Relationships are complicated. Anxiety has a way of showing up uninvited. If you’re feeling overwhelmed, stuck in the same patterns, or just looking for a space to process real-life challenges, this group is for you.
What is this group about?
It’s a weekly, open-ended process group where we explore the things that make being human…well, complicated. Whether you’re struggling with anxiety, relationships, self-doubt, or just trying to figure things out, this is a space to show up as you are—no judgment, no expectations, just real talk.
What you’ll get from this group:
A supportive community that actually gets it.
A chance to explore relationship patterns in real-time (yes, even the ones that trip you up).
Tools for navigating anxiety without letting it run the show.
Honest, respectful feedback to help you grow.
A space where all identities and experiences are welcome.
Led by Catherine Thornber, MA, LPCC, this group is a mix of deep conversation, shared wisdom, and humor (because let’s be real—sometimes you have to laugh so you don’t cry).
If you're ready to stop overthinking alone and start processing in a way that actually helps, join us.
